roadCHESINI CORONA, the fastest, most stable and precise frame we have ever built.
Frame built for those who love to jerk forward, for those who want to give their best at any time, to accelerate quickly and at the same time have an excellent driving control. Use of shaped tubes with quadrangular sections in order to increase reactivity but at the same time minimize lateral torsion thanks also to the large bottom bracket shell (T47) with an innovative solution for the cables routes. In this case we assemled a tapered head tube.
Specific attention has been given to the braking system where the "direct mount" solution has been chosen for greater rigidity and ease of adjustment as well as for powerful, modulable and precise braking.
Columbus Spirit HSS triple butted main tubes, 1” 1/8 – 1” 1/4 steerer tube, optional Chris King headset. Carbon fork with "direct mount" brake attachments.
For this model we used two splendid paints, medium silver and deep black both with a shaded overlap and a transparent matt and metallic finish.
