Chesini STRABIA X. We have identified this evolution of our STRABIA model with an "X" to indicate its "eXtreme" inclination. It was created with the intention of offering a bicycle suitable for the rider interested in having a fast, stable, responsive gravel bike capable of covering the widest range of routes with always maximum performance.
A compact rear triangle thanks to the curvature impressed on the seat tube and the larger size of the bottom bracket in the T47 standard. The innovative shape on the right chainstay with stainless steel reinforcement makes the staychains capable of accepting tires up to 700x52mm (29x2.1") wide or 650bX2.3" for those terrains where a larger contact surface is needed or for a more confortable riding.
The tubes are a skilful mix of Columbus Spirit and Zona with shapes specifically made for CHESINI - 1-1/8" 1-1/2" head tube - Columbus or Kris King headset - Columbus or DEDA carbon fork in the model suitable for the chosen tire. And as usual a meticulous attention to detail.
Obviously the geometries are custom designed as well as the graphics and colors. Accessory components such as additional bottle bosses, bag bosses, racks or mudguard bosses made on request.
